Reference is made to the proceeds as disclosed in the Company's Prospectus dated 22 October 2024 issued in conjunction with the Company's Initial Public Offering ("IPO") on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Listing") on 13 November 2024. The Company had raised total gross proceeds of RM63.4 million from the IPO.

The Board of Directors of Life Water ("Board") wishes to announce that after due deliberation, the Board had resolved to extend the timeframe for the utilisation of unutilised proceeds from within 14 months to within 32 months, from the date of Listing ("Extension of Time") allocated for set up an automated warehouse racking system in KK IZ8 Plant 1.
